How to pay?
We accept the following payment

Please note that for Cheques,

Deposit, the order will be dispatched

How long does the shipment take?
- • Usually the order is dispatched
in 24 hours after the payment
have been cleared.
- • We use door-to-door courier
service or Australia Post
- • Local and capital cities
are delivered in the next 1-2
days, country can take up to
a week, the orders to
Europe, UK, USA and Canada up
to 10 days
How much is the shipping cost?
- • Australia - The shipping
cost is flat rate AU$16.50 to
anywhere in Australia, for small
items can be free or as little
as $1.00 - ask
- • Overseas destinations -

Return and Refund:
- • First thing to do is for
you to document the fault as
best you can, take pictures
and call us on 07 55491477
We may ask you to email us the
pictures of the damaged goods
- • Do not send in or return
the goods without our approval
- • Once received we will check
the goods for faults. If found
faulty a replacement will be
issued within a reasonable amount
of time and you will be notified
with the outcome.
- • We do not usually refund
money because you changed your
mind, however give us a call
